Clean, quiet, convenient
May 20, 2024Objectively this is a very nice, luxury apartment- marbled counter tops, quality appliances, easy to clean. The location is very quiet. Central air heating and cooling is efficient. The staff respond quickly (I had a microwave break and it was replaced same-day).Review from Apartments.com

Loved living here!
October 17, 2023I lived here for two years in a one bedroom (2018-2020) and I eventually upgraded to a two bedroom for more space when my partner and I moved in together (2020-2021). He coincidentally rented a studio here before we dated so we both moved from different floorplans to the two bedroom together :) We loved living here! If we didn't need to move to Seattle for work we would likely still be renting here: - The amenities are great especially the pool and hot tub. - The apartments are very luxurious, ...spacious, and still feel very new compared to other apartments in the region. - The maintenance was fantastic and responsive. - The front office was so helpful when moving in and transitioning to a two bedroom. They were also very helpful during our move out process. - No pest problems! - Super close to WSU Tri Cities and the Research District. - Great bike paths, you can head down to the river and bike along the river bike path very easily. - Pet friendly :) - Extremely secure entryway. You use a code to get into the building and another code for your unit. This was extremely important for me when I was living alone as a single woman, I preferred second floor units for even more security. I had great neighbors in my units and never had any trouble with sound issues, smoking smells, or pet waste issues. When I first moved in I did have a neighbor with an anxious dog who barked a lot during my move-in, but she was very aware of the issue and assured me it was temporary due to the movers and loud sounds. After I was settled in her dog calmed down a lot and I barely heard her dog bark after that! In general the vibe is excellent for young professionals and students that want a safe, quiet, and clean home base that is pet friendly. For families I would prefer an apartment complex with a playground or a nearby park.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A great place to live.
October 17, 2023Felicity is very hospitable and answered any questions that I had when I was first interested in an apartment here. She helped schedule my move in date as soon as possible once I had found the apartment for me. Maintainence is quick to respond to work orders and is efficient. The area is away from heavy traffic and is quiet.Review from Apartments.com
DO NOT live here
July 25, 2022Management is terrible, they lose paperwork or never complete it then charge you for damages that were already there when you move in. Rules are not enforced so there is dog poop everywhere, cigarette butts from residents smoking on their balconies, some tenants let their pets use the bathroom on the balcony so my first floor patio was ruined with pet mess. Walls are paper thin and noisy neighbors aren't dealt with regardless of complaints. Gym is never cleaned and there are spills all over the ...floors of the common areas.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Looks nice but...
January 17, 2022One or both upstairs neighbors would allow their dogs to use the patio as a bathroom. Urine would drip between the floor boards soaking everything on my ground floor patio. After 4-6 months of back and forth nonsense I paid the required $3,375 to move out early. BTW people are squatting in the garage/storage units. You can see them go in and out at 3am. Random people stop by the same garage everyday as well. Sends definite signals of criminal activity but management does not care. If you value ...your sanity stay elsewhere.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
