Renters Reviews and Ratings
infested, poor management, smelly, disgusting
September 25, 2021living in 62-10 99th street has been nothing short of a nightmare. i never leave a review for Anything but if i can help someone who cares to check this website not choose this place it’s worth it. the lobby is almost always foul smelling, sometimes it so unbearable i don’t want to leave my apartment. the laundry room alongside not having enough units is also disgusting, i’ve found dozens of roaches and bugs upon entering. if that’s not bad enough, in the actual apartments there is also an ...infestation of roaches. i’m talking hundreds of them. we aren’t dirty at all, there is definitely an infestation in this building and no good solution to that. it’s quite literally embarrassing to live here due to the condition they keep their own lobby in. if that doesn’t scare you, good luck trying to get the super to repair anything you need. you’ll have to ask multiple times and then have him miraculously show up weeks later. we have a leak in our bathroom where the water is constantly dripping and it’s been months with no luck of getting him to fix it. we are trying to move and break the lease, but can’t even get into contact with the landlord after trying multiple times. the water in the apartments is bad as well, often changing temperature when anyone flushes the toilet so you can get a nice surprise while showering. there are also often times where there is no hot water at all. after a recent hurricane, the lobby was left in shambles as it was flooded. it looked like a post-apocalyptic biohazard. it took them two to three weeks to fix the elevator, and we live high up so we had to walk up and down some pretty hefty stairs every day. people had left their carriages downstairs because they couldn’t get it up. all i could think about was people less fortunate having to climb up stairs every day. i can’t say the entirety of “concord” is bad because i have no idea, but i wouldn’t wish for my biggest enemy to live in this specific building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
