Rude management
February 14, 2024I lived here for two years and while most staff in the building is LOVELY, the concierge manager and building manager were continuously rude. I would be ignored when trying to pick up my packages, yelled at in the lobby in front of other residents (once was for riding a Lime scooter home from work one day and parking it in front of the apartment…didn’t know this wasn’t allowed), woken up from sleep on a weekend to be fussed at for sitting my umbrella outside of the door to dry…I simply couldn’t ...exist in the building without some type of confrontation, even though I was polite and kind and a quiet tenant. We were younger than most residents and did rent our unit instead of owning it, so I’m not sure if this is the root of our treatment, but we paid our bills on time just like everyone else, never threw loud parties, just went to work and came home. If you’re young, I recommend not living here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
The Conneticut has quality condos
September 23, 2015I have been living at The Connecticut for 2.5 years and I love it. We actually just moved within the building to upgrade to a unit with a balcony because we know we want to stay. The units are really well taken care of and updated. The fixtures are all really nice as well. The building is really strict about being to code and having vents cleaned regularly and I think that shows how well they take care of the building. There is a 24/7 front desk concierge and the staff is very helpful and ...friendly. The gym is great to have in the basement and I use the business center regularly for printing. The building in general is really friendly so I have gotten to be friends with a few people in the building. It is also a very dog friendly building. The rooftop pool and grills are a great perk, especially for living in the city. One of the grills was just purchased 2 years ago and is in great shape. The only negative is that the Board seems a little strict sometimes. I haven't had any issues but others have mentioned small run ins and the Board just doesn't seem friendly or understanding. Definitely recommend living here!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Fantastic rental experience
August 5, 2015I've lived here for nearly 3 years and I have been very happy. The apartments are lovely and spacious, the building is full of amenities (gym, pool, roof deck, 24/7 concierge, business center/party room) and well-maintained, the location can't be beat and the price is very fair. I work out in the suburbs, while my boyfriend works near Union Station, so Cleveland Park has been a perfect midway point. I couldn't have asked for a better apartment.Review from Apartments.com
