August 6, 2024The grounds are well kept and pleasant to interact with. I do not feel as if my concerns brought to management, even if they may be small, are addressed and taken care of. I do feel as though the price of rent here exceeds the quality of the apartments, even in newly renovated units. The updated apartments have cheap flooring, cheap paint on the walls that leaves marks at the slightest bump, and poor noise insulation. I am sad to feel this way, as I looked forward to being in an updated apartment ...after living in an older unit previously.Property Manager Responded

June 26, 2024Low budget work all construction is low quality. Walls paper thin can hear neighbors snoring. Closets have no insulation so heat/cold leaks into apartment increasing electric bill.
