The Creek At Forest Hills, Wilmington, North Carolina
May 22, 2023We have lived out here going on close to six years. We have seen alot of property managers and maintenance teams leave. But the property manager's and the maintenance team we have here are truly the best at what they do. We have never had an issue with any types of roaches or any other bug's. They have pest control comes through here at least three times a year that i have seen, maybe more I'm not sure. When we have to put in a work order it is done within the same week. If it is an emergency ...they come out the same day. Not to many places we have lived moves that fast including if it's an emergency. Things like this and many other's is why we signed our lease for another year making it six years. Affordable/clean!
March 19, 2022Just moved in and I am really enjoying it here. All my neighbors are great. Staff are friendly, helpful and quick to solve any issues. This is an older complex with new owners who seem to really want to fix things. They are going to paint all the outside of the buildings and Logan, the grounds keeper is tops!! I have never lived anywhere where the garbage areas are kept so consistently clean!!! That’s kind of like a restroom at a restaurant! Oh, and I love all the trees!!Property Manager Responded

May 21, 2020I have lived at The Creek apartments for almost 2 years. The other people who reside here for the most part are friendly and neighborly. The saltwater pool here is maintained constantly and is a very relaxing area. The community room next to the pool is also a clean, comfortable, relaxing area. The exercise room has all the amenities needed in a exercise room. It is a pet friendly complex. There is a small dog park which is fenced in. The only thing is I wish the people who do live here ...would be more diligent about following the rules of having animals.
