Good location, crappy apartments
December 7, 2017These apartments have horrible insulation. I can hear my upstairs neighbor every time he goes to the restroom. Not cool. The interiors are outdated and there are constant problems with mold. The only bonus is the free city club membership but even that can’t justify the price.Review from Apartments.com

Overpriced Dump
June 20, 2017Unprofessional office staff, don't bother complaining, you'll get ignored or told you are crazy for complaining or going through normal protocol to file requests. The place hasn't been updated since it was built. Mold, constant street noise, rodents, ridiculous prices, filthy water, and poor HVAC system. There are much nicer apartments in the Lafayette area. Don't waste your money here. The only good thing about the place is the location as long as you are not facing Camellia Blvd. and the ...residents are very nice and help each other out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 15, 2013This is the BEST property that I have ever lived at HANDS DOWN. Everything is so convenient and well maintained. I love walking to City Club and going to Rhythms on the River.
