It’s A Good First Apartment
February 22, 2019I have lived here for about 5 months now and the new management has been very nice and helpful towards my family. They are very willing to work with you on rent and any problems you have are helped. The interiors are all beautifuly remodeled. All the neighbors have been very friendly and all together it’s been very safe. We have had times we have forgotten to lock our door and windows and nothing has ever came up missing. Nice Apartment, Management issues
January 5, 2018I loved living there, but after almost a year, I still have not received my security deposit back or a statement as to why (if applicable) they wouldn't refund it. I payed rent on time and never caused any issues. I gave more than a 30 day notice of intent to vacate and when I asked about the deposit status, I was told numerous times, "The check is in the mail." Wow, if my rent was late, I am sure I would have been evicted.Review from Apartments.com
Bad management
December 1, 2017Unprofessional management. Moved 5 months ago and still have not received a deposit or status on my deposit. Fine apartments, bad management
September 6, 2016Apartments are in decent condition and very clean upon move-in. My neighbors seem friendly and apartment is relatively quiet. Overall, it seems like a good value. However, we had cockroaches within the first few weeks from a vacant unit below us. A neighbor told me that she had been complaining for weeks, but we were able to get an inspection the same day. Things looked better for a few weeks and then they were back. Reporting the issue got no response until my husband threatened to call the ...health department and break our lease. Suddenly there were mysteriously disappearing emails that management had no idea we hadn't gotten. It seems that issue has finally been resolved, but the manager has been very rude since then. Now we are having issues with mail disappearing (each building only has 12 units and has a security door). When we asked the manager about it, he wouldn't make eye contact and told us that it isn't his problem. He also has yet to respond to me about a (very minor) maintenance issue that I reported over a month ago. Granted, it is something that can wait, but at least a "hey, I can't get to this now, but I see your complaint and I will get to it" would go a long way. I like the apartment well enough and the price is good, but not worth the attitude we've had to deal with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Good apartments
September 7, 2015Park meadow apartments are average. Size and prices are descent. Maintenance could be better and a much need update to floors and appliances. I would rent here again if I were to get an apartment I actually looked at, in stead of one that was a cross the hall where I had originally lived.Review from Apartments.com
