Mold everywhere
October 18, 2022I lived here for almost two years. The maintenance people were so nice but they were definitely over worked. Something was always broken and the paint is cheap. Tom the person in charge of renting is impossible to get in touch with and if you do good luck actually getting anything fixed. They are nice people but being nice and not taking care of a old building isn’t going to cut it. There are people who break into the storage and drill into gas tanks. My apartment flooded and I had an allergic ...reaction to black mold. They patched up the wall even though I asked many times for them to test if this place was even safe to live in.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 9, 2018Overall quiet build depending on who lives around you. There is a cool neighborhood cat. Storage units get broken into and squared in. Tom, the Landlord takes many tries to get a hold of. Goodluck getting deposits back. It’s ok, but not for the price and bs you receive after move out.Review from Apartments.com
