November 25, 2024When to go visit a friend and the staff was great! very nice, respectful and helpful. a staff member name Alex that was passing by helped me locate my friends apartment.Alex was great and even offered to take me directly to my friends apartment so I won't get lost and assure I meet with my friend. The rooftop offers you the chance to sunbath, grill, and relax with stunning and sweeping ocean views. In the Leasing Office, Raelle is an absolute rockstar and true professional. If you tell her exactly what you’re looking for in a unit, she will keep your ...must-haves in mind, and will reach out when your perfect unit becomes available. Raelle also coordinates resident events, enabling a true sense of community in a city so big. Assistant Manager Denisse is also always helpful and there to answer any resident questions. The property is immaculately maintained by the maintenance and cleaning crew, who are always so friendly. The gym, parking garage, trash room, mail area, and free dog wash station are kept clean and tidy as well, which makes it comfortable for everyone in the building to use. The members of the maintenance team, led by Alex, are on top of work orders, and take the time to answer questions you might have. The location of The Current is unbeatable, offering immediate access to Downtown Long Beach, while also being steps away from the walking path at Alamitos Beach. There are a ton of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance, making it easy to be social while not having to worry about driving or parking.
