February 14, 2024Overall the apartment is great, office staff are responsive and make life as easy as possible for you. My only downside is there wasn't really a quality control on the apartment pre-move in, some spots of paint are poorly done, shower faucet wasn't working correctly, and the tension shower rod had given out without being noticed. Otherwise, the apartment is good, comfortable, I have great neighbors and (important to me) great internet. Google Fiber is the best in Charlotte.Review from Apartments.com
