    I can’t say enough good things about this property and staff! I’ve lived here for about three and a half months and my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Jessie from the leasing office was incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment I walked in for a tour in the summer. I moved in a month later in September and she and the rest of the staff are still amazing as ever. The grounds are well-kept, clean, and so beautiful. I absolutely love my apartment, especially the stainless ...
    steel appliances in the kitchen. They have package lockers if you choose to add that service but packages can also be held at the office and every time I have run in there to pick something up I am always greeted by one of the friendly staff members. I feel safe here. I would also like to add they are especially kind and helpful to our military members, including myself. Thank you so much for such a pleasant living experience at The Diplomat! I recommend you guys to everyone.

  • New owners are horrible.

    Made multiple changes that don't add any value. Cabana/pool/gym have been under renovations for 6 months. Took away dumpsters and hired sketchy people to pick your garbage up from your door. Only collected certain days and times. Office hours are reduced so they aren't there when you need them. Also rent is going up 200 a month.....including a 35 per rental fee. This is after paying a large pet deposit. Owners haven't done anything to benefit any tenants. Have spoke to multiple people ...
    and they are no longer happy living here. Owners don't care about renters, just the money.

  • Poor management and horribly high rent.

    Ridiculous new management has taken over. No longer concerned about the residents needs. All about the money now. Rent and W/S/G has also sky rocketed and residents pay much more for so much less. Used to be great but now we’re getting out as fast as possible

  • Look no further!

    The outlook apartments are awesome! We've lived here going on 3 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. The sweet gals in the front, Donna and Judy, are seriously the best. The maintenance crew are always ready to help. I've never had to wait long for assistance and they're always so professional and nice. Every 1st Sunday of the month they have breakfast that everyone is invited to.
