Responsive Management and Incredible Amenities!

I’m writing this review as I relax in the meditation lounge. This is just one of the incredible amenities available here. You can see all of them on this page so I’ll focus on the not so obvious. The leasing and management team are responsive to requests and concerns. They should use the slogan “Don’t talk about it, be about it” because they actually follow through. The maintenance staff are always friendly and professional. The common areas are kept clean which cannot be a small task ...
given how pet friendly this place is. The coffee machine is always stocked and ready to go. The balconies are oversized and partially covered which is great. The refrigerators are french door with water on the inside which is a step up from other communities. There are so many great things to say about The Donovan! I highly recommend if you’re in the Lees Summit area.

Amazing place to live, great amenities!! The staff goes above and beyond to make it a fun atmosphere. Monthly events for all the residents....barbeques, vendo events, doggie swim day, full spread everytime!!
