February 13, 2025The apartments are very nice. The valet trash runs regularly. The pool area is nice. The gym could be a bit bigger with more options. Overall, this is a nice, quiet community. Parking is good. The garage gate works regularly.Property Manager Responded

Bought out by Greystar
October 29, 2024Management was great and property was ran smoothly and without complaints and then Greystar took over beginning of October and magically our pool/hot tub was broken and our Mail boxes were inaccessible for an entire month. Greystar is owned by Blackrock and yet they can’t manage to fix these things in a timely manner NOR give people compensation for their headaches. Run, run, run. Rent somewhere else and get Greystar out of Nashville.Review from Apartments.com
