February 25, 2025Absolutely loved our time living at The Easton. The units were new and spacious offering great amenities. The management staff was very professional, attentive and quick to respond to any concerns or issues. Samantha, Alex and Michelle are an asset to the community. Frandy and Angel in the engineering department were attentive and quick to resolve any issues as well. Although the community is located somewhat south of Tampa we were grateful to have chosen The Easton.Property Manager Responded

December 15, 2024Buildings dirty with trash everywhere and they have the constant smell of smoke. Still unhappy I was forced to have the cable package that I did not want or use and was not in my renewal lease. Leasing has never resolved any issues so I haven’t wasted anymore time reaching out. Since moving in the community has definitely gone down hill and it’s nothing luxury about living here.Property Manager Responded

December 14, 2024Lately, our resident experience has been of a very dangerous and unsafe enviorment. Parking is still a nightmare and with the front gate being broken for 2 months has become very very dangerous. People come flying through the broken gate, which is the going out side, so you think you are ok to pull out of your spot, then someone comes flying in the out gate. Also, now big trucks are parking in spaces so when you get in your car you can't even see the gate let alone if cars are coming through itProperty Manager Responded

December 10, 2024An overall WONDERFUL experience! Michele and Alex were great from moment we stepped foot into the leasing office. They are very professional and really care about helping potential residents! Michele went above and beyond to deliver great service, and stayed working late and hard to make sure we were able to go through the application process as smoothly as possible.
