September 20, 2024Excellent neighborhood. This place is quiet and well kept. It is located close to restaurants and grocery stores. These apartments are in one of the best school districts in Lubbock with an elementary school 2-3 minutes away. The management is great. They make sure that all apartments are maintained and no excess trash is placed outside around the buildings.
