    I have lived in Northgate Plaza apartments for about 3 years & 4 months, I like this apartment and this is the best apartment I lived out of my 8 years in the USA. When I moved from Los Angeles to Fremont and came to the leasing office and met Lou for the first time, she was very friendly & helped me in expediting the process and leasing the apartment as I was really in hurry for an apartment. Lou and Irene were always welcoming, courteous, friendly and their consistent professionalism & ...
    thoughtful consideration was making me or anyone stay here for a longer-term. The units are wonderful, with upgrades abounding. The building is well insulated which made to stays warm in winter and cool in summer. Every maintenance issue got resolved with an hour and also during the pandemic all requests were handled very carefully. The apartment is very close and walkable to multiple grocery stores, restaurants, schools, parks and has easy accessibility to the 880 freeway, Bus station, and 2 miles to BART. The management has taken multiple safety and security measures to keep the residents very protect, the community is also smoke-free. Many events take place throughout the year by the pool, it's really fun for the kids and as well as for parents. I would have stayed here forever if we weren’t relocating and was staying in the area. We will miss you Lou, Irene. Thank you for such a great experience. Move Out: The process was easy and trust me the maximum of my deposits were refunded.

    This apartment complex was a great place to live. The staff was always very friendly and took care of maintenance quickly and efficiently. It’s in a premium location right in front of a shopping center and close to Warwick elementary. Great place to raise a family.
