August 12, 2024The residential and maintenance staff have been consistently great from day one. However, I have major concerns about how much noise and racket you can hear from the neighbor above our apartment after quite hours. My wife and I tried to address the issue on multiple occasions, but nothing has changed. We have decided to just move out as soon as possible.Review from Apartments.com

August 12, 2024No sense of community, not too many options for amenities nearby such as groceries or food. Last property management company held wat more resident events and had food and drinks and parties all the time. Would be 100 times better if you had a hot-tub. Management and maintenance teams are phenomenal, however the daily working staff in office doesn’t follow-up on issues or resident concerns. Robin welcomed us to Element, and from the day of the tour we experienced the highest-level of professional guidance from her. Her expert knowledge of the property and genuine care for residents is above par. We feel so welcomed and cared for here at Element. The spaciousness of the apartment floor plan allows us daily enjoyment and comfort in our living space. Element has ...the best floor plans we have experienced. The detail and high-quality finishings of the apartment are excellent. Quality is in every feature - faucets, drawers, soft closing cabinetry, countertops, shower design, closet shelving - every detail was well planned. The amenities are luxury-level, aesthetically beautiful, and well cared for by Element. We have enjoyed friendly interactions each time we’ve met other residents as well. The location of Element is perfect. We enjoy that we have access to restaurants, shopping, entertainment and every necessity we could need, and live in such a well maintained, safe place. We are grateful to Robin and all the management team at Element for welcoming us! We are so happy to be residents at Element.
