December 16, 2024The apartments are beautiful. The amenities are great. The view is great! The location is great. The walls are thin unfortunately. Most of the staff is great but honestly, I’m disappointed because the mail room is horrible beyond unprofessional and there’s rats coming in the parking lot that could be an easy fix if they cover up where they’re coming in on the first floor by the entrance by the door and the trashcan and the parking situation is such an inconvenience no one should have to walk ...miles or take Ubers paying extra money until it’s time for them to be up next on the waiting list! I just paid way too much money for these inconveniences and I chose this place because they had EV chargers for free and the area is great and it’s a beautiful apartment building. The staff has been pretty good , especially front desk but management fixing certain problems like the Mail room and the parking situation and the rats have been neglected.Property Manager Responded

I have to honest I don’t like the parking situation no one should have to wait months to get a parking space & I chose The Elle bcz they had Electric car charging & I can’t even charge my car where I live is a inconvenience & I’m truly disappointed, it’s been super stressful the parking situation. & the mail room is chaotic, I pray they hire a person or 2 to get it organized and together. ...Other than that it’s been a beautiful place to live, so far. April 29, 2024To improved the living experience at the Elle, there has to be a vested interest for all. Currently, it is as if only the vested interested in this community comes from the residents. Management does not answer emails in a timely manner. Amenities are inoperable. There is no lifestyle assistant available to show residents how to properly manage televisions, gaming systems, WiFi, Bluetooth, not to mention that there is no intentionally about safety and security. People are able to roam freely in ...this building. There are no checks and balances to control smoking of any kind in this smoke free building.Property Manager Responded
