February 2, 2024Full disclosure, I am a realtor and know the Detroit rental Market very well . I travel a lot so I’ve rented over 10 times in my lifetime, management is hands down the best in responsiveness and building is well maintained. Would move back if I could.Review from Apartments.com
Outstanding Location
May 21, 2023Great location for active lifestyle. Great bike and walkability. Building is clean and quiet other than traffic at times. Biggest complaint is that the elevator goes down on occasion.Review from Apartments.com
