We were fortunate to find an affiliated off campus apartment complex that is close to public train transportation (Overbrook Station)on 63 Street just steps away from The Elm and SJU. While it is going to be a beautiful complex, please be aware that they are in phases of development but working as diligently as possible. The Apartment Complex will have amenities in the near future: coffee shop, communal area, courtyard, fitness room, and a small take out food vendor within the lobby area. I am ...
hoping my daughter will experience this prior to graduation in 2024! The management (Rock Urban Development) has been wonderful to work with, they are extremely attentive to your needs and address concerns proactively! An example of this pertains to the covered parking garage...albeit assigned and extra per month...but PERSONALLY attended by the night watchman, James! He is a wonderful asset to the complex!!
