Great Team, Great Complex, Love My New Home
May 12, 2021While I've only lived here for four months, it's been a great four months! George and Lisa in the office have been so helpful and have helped quickly resolve a few issues I have had while living here. It was such an easy leasing process and move-in was a breeze. The unit itself was immaculate when I moved in and I feel so comfortable and safe in my new apartment home. The community itself is clean, safe, and secure! I especially love that the community has a dog park which is super convenient as ...a dog owner. Although I've had a couple of minor maintenance issues since I moved in, the maintenance team helped resolved the issue on the same day I submitted a service request. I can't speak highly enough about the maintenance/service team! I've lived in several different complexes in the Northern Virginia area over the last seven years, and this is by far the best place I have lived!Property Manager Responded

Great Team !
December 8, 2020I recently moved to The Elms at Oakton during the pandemic. The office team was great and answered all the questions I had. I placed a service request in the morning and it was completed the same day. I am very impressed with their customer service. The community grounds are well kept and there are lots of trails.Property Manager Responded
