About Embassy Apartments

927 E Elm is located on Greek Row near MSU and offers spacious, clean living spaces, open floor plans, some updates throughout, and much more! Includes dining area, kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space, Kitchen includes stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave! Tenant pays rent and all utilities (gas, water/sewer, electric). Utilities are billed back to tenant each month. Internet is charged back to tenant at $35/mo. Small pet may be considered with a non-refundable pet fee of $250 and an additional $25/mo pet rent (breed restrictions apply; owner has final approval on any pet during the application process).

      Apartments are pretty spacious compare to others. the building is a bit old in general but if you value space over looks, it is a pretty good place. The service is really good to, they used to take forever to a repair request, now they do it literally the next day

      I've lived at Embassy for more than 4 years now. Great place to live. Maintenance is great and reliable. Laundry room has room for improvement, I'd say needs cleaned/updated. Overall a great complex and the location is amazing. Highly recommended.
