So far everyone has been super helpful as well and always available whenever we need anything or need to get in touch with anyone. July 18, 2024We've lived here for 3 years and we still love our apartment. But that's where it ends. Management is unresponsive & downright incompetent. As the building ages, things are breaking & getting run down. Multiple treadmills have been broken for almost a year. Right now we have only 2 (of 6) working treadmills. We've opened tickets for repair at least 10 times & no fix yet. The pool is a disaster w/ some ridiculous guy always blasting music (on his personal massive speaker like he's the resident ...DJ), kids unsupervised, management playing favorites over who is allowed to have guests in the pool on weekends. I was harassed by someone's guest at the pool a few weeks ago, told management right after & the guests were allowed to stay. She didn't do anything. The best part, weeks later, still no follow-up from management. Such a poorly run building. I know it's one of the more affordable buildings in JC and because of that, it's become a big frat house.
