Overall, I have had a great experience at The Enclave. The staff is helpful, spacious apartment. Amenities could be better maintained however, including the air conditioning on the top floor over the summer!

Overall, good although the fire alarm going off so frequently is awful! We have lived here for about a year and brought a baby home in December, since her birth it has gone off more than I can count. At this rate, when you leave the building because it’s going off nearly no one is outside. Also, no communication about why at all! Not an email, or notice in the elevators. So if you are woken in the middle of the night and expect a curtesy email in the morning, think again.

All staff is great but management has gone downhill over the years. No communication, things are always broken, no AC in the gym going on 5 years, broken machines never fixed, all garbage cans in garage suddenly moved to the roof and never replaced

The Enclave has failed to put on the AC on the top floor for two summers now, including in the gym. They claim that they are working on it but nothing gets done. Also, they replaced a TV in the club room with a painting. Seriously..?

The apartment is generally nice, but rent increases have skyrocketed with no return on amenity quality. Also, the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night every 1-2 months.

It’s nice. I am new to these apartments but love the amenities. Looking forward to have great memories here. One thing which is little tough is not having a light rail station very near by. If we can get shuttle services during weekend same as we get during weekday. It will be very helpful.
