Great Place and staff
April 5, 2024I was referred here by one of my friends, and when I tell you this is a nice complex. The pool area is so nice and can't wait for summer. I recently applied and will be moving in this month. First off, the property manager, I think her name was Courtney, she was so nice and professional. She sat down with me and walked me through all the things that were going on at the complex and in the city. She took time out of her day to take a tour with me. I was even able to see the apartment I was staying ...in. For a one-bedroom, it was the perfect size. I definitely recommend staying here.Property Manager Responded

March 3, 2022Glad I choose to live here. I'm a grad student and didn't want to stay in student housing anymore. The office staff is really nice and helpful, maintenance too. Great area that is not too far from campus. The have a package hub, which is helpful because you do not have to worry about your package going missing. Beautiful space, pool is awesome!
February 21, 2022WOW! Really love living here. My partner and I moved down from out of state, and chose the Enclave site-unseen based on positive reviews and the photos/amenities/website. The Enclave did not disappoint! The community is pretty quiet, spacious, and on the whole very clean. The STAFF! Oh my. Cannot say enough great things about office and maintenance crews! As a previous property manager, I know what a hard task they all have, and I do appreciate all they do (shout out to Courtni, Kristin, Joel, ...and Robby!). We especially appreciate the in-unit laundry, the pet-friendly rules, and all the neat community events. Spooky movies for Halloween, gift wrapping for Christmas, regular puzzles, riddles, and giveaways, not to mention the food trucks! Woohoo! Quick and responsive staff!
June 28, 2021I enjoyed my stay at Enclave and highly recommend it. I LOVED my kitchen and the gas stove and miss it badly. The apartment was light and bright and very well laid out. The mail/package center was excellent - no worries about having packages stolen or damaged by bad weather - they are safely inside a locked locker for you to pick up at your convenience. Also felt very safe there - my vehicle is a soft top jeep which I kept the top off 70% of the time and no one ever messed with it. Friendly ...neighbors. Exactly what I was looking for
June 28, 2019I have had the best experience moving into and living in this community that I literally recommend The Enclave at Huntington Woods to everyone I know that is moving to Tallahassee. Moving to a different city is always challenging. As a newly admitted FSU PhD student, I wasn't really looking to emerge myself in FSU's lively campus atmosphere at this point in my life. My goal was to find a place close enough to campus that the drive was convenient, but far enough that if I wanted to, I could avoid ...any potential rowdiness that may exist on or around game day. On the day I went apartment hunting, The Enclave was one of my last stops. Just arriving to the community was impressive, with the very well manicured entrance, convenient (and safe!) traffic circle, and canopy trees on the commute. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly during the tour, and have maintained these valuable characteristics throughout my time living here. They're professional, timely, and very reasonable. The staff is very empathetic and kind too, which I very much appreciate, especially moving to a new town by myself for the first time. The units have LAUNDRY ROOMS WITH FULL SIZED WASHER AND DRYER. You read that right... how exciting is that?! Nest AC units (if you haven't heard of this, google it now!) can be controlled from my phone (super convenient when you're not home or when you're lazily laying in bed), the layout of the units make them appear much larger then what they are. Compared to other properties with similar square footage, the layout of the units at The Enclave are much more open. Driving to FSU's campus takes me 11 minutes. The area around The Enclave is quiet, and the community itself is quiet, and appears to be sprinkled with an array of students and small families. I love the feeling of seclusion you can find up here when seeking peace and quiet, when in reality, you're a five minute drive from bars and restaurants. I recommended that my colleague look into renting here... and now she is a tenant too! You absolutely get what you pay for with this complex, and the rent was very reasonable especially compared to other properties I had toured. Noisy
April 13, 2018Because the quality of construction is low, it's very noisy especially if they rent the floor above you to people with kids! Almost every 6 months our neighbors move out and that adds to the noise problem. Great maintenance thought. In Tallahassee apartments have all similar issues, it's better to rent a house.Property Manager Responded

LOVE Living Here!
August 4, 2017I love living here! The one bedroom floorplan is extremely spacious and newly updated! It's so quiet and the pool comes equipped with propane grills so it's so easy to bbq! Moving to the enclave is definitely one of the best decisions I've made and it's a great place to live! Great Staff and Location!
January 6, 2017This was such a great decision for my boyfriend and I to move here! We both go to school at FSU and wanted something that was close to the campus but still not on-campus housing and this was perfect! It fell right in our budget and from moving into Tallahassee from out of town, the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They offered all they could to make the process easier for us since we were basically doing everything through email and the phone. Don't Move Here!
August 22, 2016We lost our ENTIRE $965.00 deposit for them to repaint our apartment and replace the carpets. I have been renting for over 10 years, and never in my life have I lost a deposit. It is STANDARD for an apartment complex to repaint units and clean the apartments, but they didn’t do it and ended up charging us!! They also tried to blame us for scratches INSIDE of the cabinets that were already there when we moved in. MARK EVERYTHING on your move in sheet and report everything! Again, since they have ...different management every 3 months, there is no consistency and one person will tell you something different from the next! I am very disappointed at how things turned out at the Enclave because we were thrilled when we first moved in, but we feel like they took our money from us. We feel cheated by the current management team and the Aspen Square headquarters. We have been Aspen Square residents in another state previously, but we will NEVER rent at another property again. Again…very disappointing experience and a very unpleasant experience with their management teams.Property Manager Responded

The Enclave
September 6, 2015Moving here was the best, and easiest decision. Not being from Florida, it was difficult to find a place to live. The management was extremely helpful and flexible to work with and made me feel like a resident since the first time I called. The apartment is spacious with a great amount of shelving and storage. Which is important for me as a female! I also love that the unit has a washer/dryer and a dishwasher! The pool and fitness center are also great amenities that I take full advantage of. The ...amount that is charged for rent is a great deal when compared with all the amenities that are offered. It's also in a great location to things without being too close to campus or noisy areas.
