February 17, 2025Been renting for about 6 years and it’s really wonderful. No place better than to call home. Very comfy cozy atmosphere. Staff in leasing office and maintenance are great and incredibly helpful. Very lucky to have this place to call home. February 12, 2025Overall the community has been good to me. I had to go through an unexpected transfer from a townhouse to an apartment and Jerrica and the property manager helped me get through all of it to where I was able to get my own place. February 9, 2025I really enjoy living here the only problem I have is with people with dogs and not picking up their dog poop. I have a dog and I pick up his poop people should have more respect mostly when all the kids are around here playingProperty Manager Responded

January 9, 2025Rent has been consistently increased every year you renew, the grounds are well kept, the maintenance crew is incredibly friendly and helpful, the neighborhood is quiet, which I love. They’re on top of snow removal in the winter. However, every month before the 1st of the next month you get an automated email stating you’ll be evicted if you don’t “emit payment of balance due” for your next months rent even though it isn’t the due date and you will get this email even if you pay rent on time in ...full each month. Not to mention if you have ever read your lease it says you do not have to Re-certify until you renew your lease but the leasing office will send you “ automated letters” to vacate the premises 60 days prior to your lease needing to be renewed because you haven’t Re-certified 5 months before you actually have to which can be extremely annoying, and irritating. So if you come live here just expect to see these things each year.Property Manager Responded
