October 1, 2024The apartment complex is generally well-maintained, but there are significant issues. The walls are incredibly thin; I can hear the toilet flushing from the unit above. Parking is also a major problem most nights. On several occasions, I’ve had to park near buildings 6 or 7, despite living in building 4. In my last survey, I suggested assigning designated parking spots, but it seems that idea wasn’t taken seriously. Additionally, I disagree with the new valet trash and insurance policies. ...Existing residents should have been grandfathered in under the old terms. May 6, 2024Overall, my experience at this apartment duplex was fantastic and deserving of a five-star review. The layout was spacious and modern, providing ample room for comfortable living. The amenities were top-notch, from the sleek kitchen appliances to the convenient in-unit laundry facilities. The location was also great, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. However, one aspect that I feel could be improved is the lack of a park or playground area for kids. As a ...parent, having a designated outdoor space for children to play and socialize is essential. While the surrounding neighborhood may offer parks, having one within the apartment complex would enhance the overall experience for families residing here.
