December 30, 2024I absolutely love living at The Exchange on Franklin in manalapan. The community is warm and welcoming, and the amenities are top-notch. But what truly sets this complex apart is the exceptional management team, particularly Alexa and Juliann. They go above and beyond to ensure that every resident feels at home. October 16, 2024So far so good. The staff has been very friendly and are knowledgeable in regards to the complex. They go out of their way to keep you up to date on events and are very approachable if you have any questions. The maintenance supervisor is especially helpful. He went out of his way to help me and that's kindness that you rarely see anymore. Some things are still under construction, but this complex has the potential to be great!
