Comfortable, Convenient, Quality Living
August 12, 2015Residing at The Fairfax is a pleasure. Aside from an attentive, efficient and friendly staff that keeps everything in operation, the building itself has an aesthetically pleasing lobby, ample laundry room, gym, bicycle room and rooftop deck. There is even a play room for young children. The apartment space is nicely appointed with wood floors, some halogen sconces, plentiful closet space and modern kitchen appliances. Most importantly, the building is near transportation and everything else ...you need to enjoy Manhattan life. Its proximity to Central Park is an added bonus.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Location, beautiful amenities
August 3, 2015"The Fairfax," is a great building on the Upper East Side, with a 24 hour doorman, laundry room in the building and dry cleaning service provided to the apartments. The roof deck is a great place to relax with friends or family after a long day.Review from Apartments.com
