    The Fairways has been an amazing place to stay! We have been here for almost 2 years and will be renewing again. The staff is always helpful, the community areas are always kept up well, maintenance is always nice and problems are fixed fast. And our dog loves the beautiful walks around the complex, the golf course provides great views. 10/10 would recommend!

  • Apartments Aren't Well Kept

    Hi, I moved in here a few months ago and I have to say the condition of the apartments is really pretty bad. Cabinet doors don't fix correctly, there was filthy stains everywhere when I moved in, nearly every light switch has over paint and there was black mold behind the toilet. I now run a dehumidifier in my bathroom 24/7 to get rid of the moisture and keep the mold from coming back.

    It is a convenient and relatively safe place to live but I would not recommend to friends or family as the value for the rent charged is nonexistent.

    Don’t move here! It is dirty and unkept. So many buildings are overlooked. Maintenance and the leasing office won’t do anything to better your stay.

    DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Below grade apartments, tons of moisture and condensation build up, no proper ventilation not good for elders or those with asthma, very old, needs lots of work and dry wall needs replacing. MOLD MOLD MOLD DO NOT RENT UNIT 249

    This has become my HAPPY PLACE. I have been slowly transitioning from my old home to my new one and everything has been so smooth. Everyone involved from the first day of my tour to my final day of receiving my keys were very professional and helpful.
