5 Star Rating is Well Earned! Highly Recommend!
December 15, 2020Moved in 10/15/2020. Despite the COVID obstacles the staff was extremely responsive to our ever question and concern. The move in was the same. We absolutely love the staff, our apartment, the grounds, and the view! A few maintenance requests thus far have been handled the following day to our complete satisfaction. The grounds are impeccably maintained very well and make coming home each day a pleasure! The property is a nice mix of age groups and family sizes but VERY quiet both inside and out. ...Can't wait for the new clubhouse/event center to be finished at the Golf Course. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a professionally manged apartment community with great staff, great neighbors, great amenities, and above all... a scenic and peaceful living environment.Property Manager Responded

Horriable Management
October 2, 2013This is a nice community people who live here are usually older 55+ and they are quiet which is good, but the management staff is really bad. They do not care about their renters. They are lazy and do not want to be bothered. The talk bad about their tenants in the main office in front of other tenants. This apartment is too much money to be treated badly by the office staff. This is where people live, where people call a home and it made me very uncomfortable to have to deal with these people ...when problems arise or if I have an issue or a concern. I would not live here if I was you there are way better places to live and for this price you could even rent a whole house!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Location
May 13, 2014My fiance and I moved into this apartment because of it's location. I work in Rochester and he works in Watertown so we both have long commutes and this location is perfect. It's right in the middle for us and easy to get to. It's PERFECT that it's right on the golf course and that we have access to trails on the property because we're both active and it's nice to be able to come home and get our workouts in without having to travel to a gym or park. Everything is always beautifully maintained ...and the apartments themselves are very nice. We had a bad experience with another Bville apartment with cockroaches. We almost moved in, but found roaches right at the last minute so we got out of that lease. We have absolutely ZERO worries about pests, uncleanliness, or safety at Timber Banks. So if paying upwards of $1000 will get me a roach-free apartment, with nice neighbors, quiet, and beautiful scenery, I'll pay that all day long. My only qualms are that the office staff seems a little incompetent and I wish the gym was a little bigger with more diverse equipment. When we first moved in, we mounted our TV on the wall only to find out afterwards that the cable input we planned on using didn't work at all. Luckily, I had an extremely long cable and was able to route it under our carpet to the other side of the room but it was pretty inconvenient. We told the office staff that the cable input on the RIGHT side of the LIVING room didn't work and she wrote to maintenance leaving out all those details. So the poor guy came in while we were at work and left us a note that said "The TV and cable seem to be working..." Ugh. We've run into a few other issues like that but we've been able to solve everything. The apartments are pricey, but well worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
