April 9, 2025Love the area. So much access to surrounding restaurants and stores. Apartments are outdated but maintenance does a well enough job with what’s already here. Quiet neighborhoods as well. Haven’t had a pest issue since I’ve been here! Love thatProperty Manager Responded

April 9, 2025It was a really rough move in process but things are improving due to the maintenance staff. It is a quiet community and good neighbors. The apartments are old and have issues but maintenance keeps on top of things and genuinely care about the residents. Very beautiful views and walking trail along the creekProperty Manager Responded

Love loving here
April 4, 2025We’ve barely had an issues and the issues we’ve had have been sorted out and fixed! We had maintenance come out and fix our sink today we’ve been having issues with the faucet itself. Got us a new one and then helped get rid of a hornets nest even tho it’s not his job. Shout out to Nathaniel! Awesome job at being maintance. Fast efficient.Property Manager Responded
