March 25, 2025I have been living here for 14yrs. I love the great shopping near by. Interstate 75 is easy access to get down town,and to the airport. The community is pretty and quiet. The team down in the office is amazing.Review from Apartments.com

The staff was incredibly nice, and always made sure I felt welcome and taken care of. On top of that, they were very good at their jobs, always quickly resolving any issues that came up. February 5, 2025I love this community. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet despite being next to a major road. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. There is lots of parking at all times of the day, the community is clean, and staff is respectful. While there are some issues I feel like one needs to understand that at this pricing you’re not getting a 5 star service. That being said for what I pay for a 1 unit it is well worth it. The only issues are upon move in there were issues that I feel should have been ...addressed before a new resident moves in, but these have all been resolved, at the expense of lots of time and pestering of the maintenance team. But after all these gripes have been addressed and fixed, I can honestly say I love staying here and can see myself staying for many years.Property Manager Responded
