    Very nice staff. The building was clean, normally quiet, and I was rarely bothered by neighbors. The parking isn't that bad and the gym in the building is nice as well.

    The amenities are really nice. Love the second floor game room and hot tub deck area. Has been very minimal noise and maintenance staff always responds to requests really fast.

    Decent overall. Nice to have a private room and bathroom. Expensive for what it is. Not enough parking. Quiet hours are not enforced. No after hours or emergency number, outside of maintenance.

    Absolutely horrendous management. I have nothing but problem after problem. They are impossible to work with. Half the office doesn’t work on site, and the other half is never there. Apparently working 11-2 is considered a full work day.

    Overall, the rooms are technically good, but it feels like nobody knows what they are doing here. So many charges that were bogus, like telling us there's a $500 rooms transfer fee to moving in too early (on August 5th) when the lease starts August 1st. They don't allow new residents to move in until, like, the 13th or later which is already half the month. They are charging residents a whole month of rent for living there only half. Anyway, after trying to speak to a real person and getting ...
    headache inducing emails back, they finally dropped the charge after realizing they could get sued. Many other dumb charges were added and fighting them off definitely decreased my life span. Yes their amenities are great and their rooms are nice (besides the unpainted spackle on the wall and the mysterious stains on the carpet), but dealing with the company has been infuriating and laughable. Don't live here if you want a stress-free life.

    I’ve enjoy the environment at the fin! Staff and residents are very friendly and welcoming, but there were a few things in my apartment that were broken. Over a very comfortable and convenient place to call home!

    I love this complex so much between the amenities and the fully furnished apartments. Living here has helped with my student living in Boone. The maintenance and office teams are great as well. They work quickly but efficiently, ensuring all of their residents are satisfied with a solution to a problem they may have had.

    This is my second year in The Finmore and the management has been so helpful whenever I’m having problems. it is also such a great pet friendly apartment with clean environments everywhere that you look.

    The finmore is great! I love the people who work there they are always friendly and willing to help. The amenities are great and we love the deck and hot tub.
