April 6, 2025I think the staff are very welcoming and handle any complaints in a timely manner and efficiently! The maintenance crew for the most part responds to work orders pretty fast compared to other apartments we have lived in.Review from Apartments.com

March 1, 2025I enjoy staying in Flats at 1885. The management is very responsive and friendly. They make sure the residents are safe with the lighting in the parking lots. The property is clean. The only thing I would say is a new playground is needed and the fitness center is not accessible after office hours.Review from Apartments.com
