Really nice and safe apartment. The gate to the second and third buildings has been broken for over 6 months now with no fix which has been quite frustrating as they advertise a gated community. Overall, the apartment is nice, clean, and has good amenities. However, for what the rent is, it is frustrating to have the gate not working or the front door to the building randomly locking even with a key fob.

I have to say, the service at this apartment has been the worst I have ever experienced. From poor communication to unprofessional handling of issues, I’ve encountered multiple problems that have gone unresolved. The management seems uninterested in addressing residents' concerns, and there's a serious lack of basic maintenance and support. If you’re considering Flats, I strongly advise against it.
