January 1, 2025The Flats at Talcot The Flats are an amazing place to reside. The community room is beautiful and inviting. The laundry room is easily located. Shopping, delivery and plenty of easy to get to local places. The office and maintenance staff are amazing. Located in a quiet are , its very peaceful and inviting.
