August 13, 2020They're very understanding nice I feel very comfortable living here the atmosphere the people are air condition broke like at 3 in the morning and they were on call 24 hours a day and they showed up they fix the air condition within minutes, they have good management good receptionistProperty Manager Responded

terrible living condition
June 8, 2019Worst place to live in. They charged $75 fee admin after moving out plus some ridiculous charge like $15 for the cleaning fee for ceiling fan and others. This place is CHEAP for a REASON. They had to move us to 3 different units due to flooded on 1st floor unit. For whoever live at 902 and 1106, it was flooded and I bet theres mold in the wall. They moved us to 2nd floor, 301. The floor is warped so bad. Just splurge a hundred more to live in better place. We turned in the notice of moving out 6 ...months before our lease expired.
