December 2, 2024Problems are resolved quickly, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the place feels safe. However, the biggest drawback is the thin walls, which allow sounds from neighbors and the gym to be heard. Noise is especially noticeable when people use the machine for flipping an artificial tractor wheel or drop heavy weights.Property Manager Responded

November 22, 2024I’m so glad I chose to move to The Gantry! I was looking for a studio or 1bd at a reasonable price that offered easy access to the metro and great amenities. Megan was so easy to work with and showed me 4 or 5 great options for apartments that were available on my timeline around my budget. Once I made my decision, the team helped me to move quickly on it. Living here has been great. Above all is the excellent service provided by the administrative, concierge and maintenance staff. They're professional, welcoming and friendly. Amenities are excellent and maintained very clean.
