October 18, 2024The Gantry is an excellent community to live in. I've lived here for over two years and continue to enjoy living here. Above all is the excellent service provided by the administrative, concierge and maintenance staff. They're professional, welcoming and friendly. Amenities are excellent and maintained very clean. Location is outstanding, near a Metro station and a plethora of restaurants, bars, eating establishments, shops, supermarkets, small markets, etc. I strongly recommend The Gantry.Property Manager Responded

August 18, 2024The neighbors upstairs have been incredibly noisy, and it's really starting to get on my nerves. The soundproofing in this building is so poor that I can hear everything they do, from footsteps to conversations, and it feels like there's no escape from the constant noise. It's becoming a real issue because it's affecting my ability to relax and focus at home. I've tried to ignore it, but the lack of proper sound insulation makes it nearly impossible to have any peace and quiet.Property Manager Responded
