BedBugs And Roaches
May 22, 2018The roaches are out of control, the lot next to us fills with homeless every few months and has bugs and mice. They claim updated living but nothing was updated. My pipes kept leaking and Toilet kept overflowing took months of nagging and threatening to get it half fixed by the apartment manager Maria's friend. They never return calls. The people that live here are very mean and unfriendly.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2015Sub-standard poorly maintained older building. Cannot cure the bad orders from people smoking. Also insect infestation. Tenants often doing unsafe things like putting bicycles in the hallways. Creating more trash than the the trucks can haul away. In an effort to conserve water they cut down the pressure. But barely enough water pressure to flush. The elevator is the worse I have ever experienced. often breaking down. When it does stop on your floor their is a very noticeable sudden jolt. ...That can terrify the most fearless. The apartment building does not have parking. A major iproblem because the street parking fills up fast. You can imagine being real tired from work but cannot find a space near the building.
