NOT AS TARANTIO PROPERTY ADVERTISES!!!
October 3, 2018Tarantino properties and the management care nothing about its tenants. They only want your money. They abide by the lease ONLY when it is in their favor. The inside of the apartments look nothing like the website and front office. They smell and are in need of repair(I actually viewed 2 units). There is no student pairing. My student was put in a unit with drug users and smokers even though they knew this was going on and they claimed the units were smoke free. And when we requested to ...move the Manager did nothing to put him out of the smoke and fire hazard and with students more like him. Don't waste your money on Brookstone apartments at 1106 Slater Street. You will not get what is in the lease!Property Manager Responded
