    May 7, 2023
    Cornerstone took over as the leasing agent for this building, and has initiated a number of superficial “improvements“ which really do nothing to improve the quality of the units themselves that serve as an excuse to raise the rent over 40%. If you’re looking at this building, my advice is to keep looking. There are plenty of apartments available on Capitol Hill in nicer buildings and at lower rents.
