January 30, 2025The cleanliness of the buildings and the units upon move in is not the best by any means. Although the community is nice and they often have nice communal events. And the price is pretty decent.Property Manager Responded

Community is Digusting
December 17, 2024Moved on November 30 and immediately regretted my decision on signing a lease. Was not able to see my leased unit until the day I moved in. Place was dirty, cabinets nearly falling off the hinges, this is just a couple of many problems. Notified management they sent out the maintenance crew all they did was put a bandaid on the problem. The other problem and this is a big one there is trash everywhere all the time bags left next to the dumpsters that get ripped open by animals at night so the ...trash spread out everywhere. Reached out to management to get out of my lease because of the disappointment but I have to give a 60 day notice. Went ahead and did that because I can not imagine leaving in the filth for a full year.Property Manager Responded
