Charles Mills Lake Park features, camping, boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, and relaxing. Our community consists of 2BR/1.5BA townhomes. Located near multiple shopping centers such as Walmart, The Drug Mart pharmacy/grocery, chiropractor, dentist, Dollar Tree, China Buffet, Pizza Hut, Cricket phone store, the mall, restaurants, dental and medical urgent care, hospital, Sam's, Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, Target, Ulta Beauty, Meijers, Menards, and Furniture Row, to name just a few. Kitchens are equipped with real wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, above range microwave, disposal, granite counters with undermount sink, and washer/dryer in unit. Bathrooms with linen closets, granite top vanities with modern fixtures, and half bath on bottom floor. Large bedrooms with lots of closet space. Additionally, each home has their own garage (no extra fee), and a private patio. Pets allowed, with some restrictions. Our homes have a non-smoking policy. Getting Priced Out
July 25, 2024I've lived here for 10 years and it's be an amazing place with great neighbors. Unfortunately, it got bought out by an out of state investment group who thinks they will compete with OSU Campus. So, they are displacing a community. Turns out a 400 dollar a month increase won't cover the "Gym" and "Firepits". Good luck!Review from Apartments.com
Glenview was nice, "luxury Glen" is a joke
June 30, 2024I lived at Glenview for almost 7 years before moving out due to multiple rent increases with just a few months. The luxury that they claim is years away from being reality. The complex is half empty which means the clientelle can't/won't afford the seemingly monthly rent increases. This is what happens when an out-of-state company buys property without knowledge of the area. There are cheaper places that won't increase the rent every other month.Review from Apartments.com
Honest and Objective Tennant
March 29, 2024The new ownership has raised the rent multiple times in the few months they have been here. No real or major improvements - all cosmetic updates (new paint colors and flooring) - the square footage is exactly the same, but the price has increased significantly (50% in some cases). It's exactly what you would expect from an 'out of state investment group'. "The Glenview Estates" - what once welcomed friends and family with a warm and safe embrace, recently emerged with a chill. This property ...now known as "THE GLEN", boasts luxury while disregarding community. Similar to my review, I'm sure they would echo what so many wealthy firms before them have... "it's not personal, it's just business", except in my case it's more than just business, or more accurately said- money. It's family. It's neighbors. It's community. May 9, 2024We appreciate your feedback. Ownership has made significant improvements and will continue to do so by adding in ammenities that everyone in the community is able to use to foster togetherness. We have put in a new workout facility that previously was not offered. We are continuing to improve the exterior as well by adding in a dog park, and fire pits with seating. There is more to come and I hope that you or anyone takes full advantage of these. The interiors are being remodeled with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances along with a new refresh of paint and flooring for a more modern feel.

The new management are pricing us out.
September 5, 2023Don’t believe any of the features listed. They are years away from being implemented. We have lived here for 3 years and in that time the building has changed hands 3 times and the rent has risen over $300. The walls are thin and the plumbing is incredibly noisy. The online payments don’t work and we were only informed that they no longer take cash the day that rent was due. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Nice place to live
February 1, 2017I have lived here for a little over 3 years and it has been overall a great experience. Landlord promptly fixes broken items. The kitchen has tons of storage. The neighborhood is quiet. plenty of closet space and garage space. If you are looking for a nice place to live without breaking the budget this is the place for you. My only complaints are the fact that there is no option to recycle on site and that they do a average job at clearing snow before it gets compact and turns to ice. ...-AlexProperty Manager Responded
