    Our family has been in this community for over a year and counting. We love it here and plan to be here for a while until we are ready to buy a house. Granted this area of town can have its cons, but that includes multiple places in Colorado Springs. I feel like this community is great about watching out for each other and alerting the management if there has been theft and/or additional concerns. I love that we have access to trails and parks near our community and not to mention a property ...
    with horses! I appreciate property management for always being so kind and willing to hear concerns and ways to improve this property. Property management acknowledges good deeds that the tenants provide in our community. Management also leaves goodies/cards for the community. It is the little things that make an individual’s day :) The townhomes have great insulation and we can barely hear noise from the surrounding units and really only if an individual is walking up the stairs. I like how spacious the floor plan is, the layout, and garages! I like that furry friends are welcomed. Although, one con is that I wish pet owners were more responsible to clean up after his/her furry friends. Cons, in the summer, it can get pretty warm on the second level. Nothing an indoor A/C cooler could not fix. This happens with more than one level properties… Many more pros than cons here and I am thankful that we chose this community. Out of all properties I have rented in Colorado Springs, I like this property the most! I appreciate the property management :)

  • pretty place, bad location

    i have to admit the place looks nice, but overall management doesn't stay on sight so they're barely ontop of anything. There's fake grass in spots which looks super tacky, the balconies aren't usable since they face into your neighbor's window for most of the people here. The parking outside the place is only for guests, but even my guests will get notices that they can't park there? And there's no where to park offsite within 3 blocks! Also it's like a small walk away from the ghetto, there's ...

  • There's a few cons

    There's a lot of strict rules. My main issue is that you're not allowed to park in the spots nearby. They're reserved for "guests" and if you don't have a pass, get ready to be towed. There's garages which is nice, but I live in a 3 adult household who all have cars and need them to make a living. The option given if you need to park.. is to park across the street. There's no where to park across the street though besides in front of people's posh homes and next to school property/ a child pick ...
    up area. Sometimes work has my roommates and I out late as well which leaves young girls walking on the street really late at night. Crossing an extremely busy main road where people speed over 30 miles over the limit on a daily. Also the buildings are so close to Airport rd there's a constant roar of muscle cars, motorcycles, and general traffic. Also most of the neighbors are military and own muscle cars themselves. I wake up everyday at 5am to my nextdoor neighbor revving his engine unnecessarily on in his echoed garage. Look, otherwise this place is great. The house is nice, there's a garage, dishwasher, washer/ dryer hook-ups, nice stovetop, fridge with an ice maker, and everything in just very uniform. The little things like not parking near your place of living when you work in the morning, loud neighbors waking up and stressing about having you or your car towed no matter where you park.. that all sucks. It's almost a deal breaker.
