Great all around
May 14, 2020We lived here for two years, and loved the whole time we were able to call this place home. From the agent who showed us the place, to the superintendent, to the management, we were always treated well and cared for through the years. Will miss the view from our balcony and especially from the rooftop, where during the summer is really the place to hang out, invite some friends, BBQ... Overall the building is always clean, safe, and any maintenance is done fairly quickly. If we didn’t have to ...relocate we’d have stayed a few more years.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Look no further
May 14, 2020I’ve been living here for 5 months now and to say the least I never want to leave... The apartment is really nice , sleek modern bathroom, high class modern kitchen with granite throughout. The best part and I mean the BEST part I think is definitely the view. From morning to sunset it’s just stunning and really what makes living here stunning. Guests always comment on it. Privacy is great, the insulation is great, the second you shut a door all noise from outside whether it be the balcony or ...the front door just ceases to exist. The building has a gym which is really convenient. The Rooftop Deck is awesome. Tanning beds ,chairs with a bbq grill and tables.. Parking garage is also very convenient so it’s pretty cool. There’s like four beautiful parks around this area as well. The ferry to midtown Manhattan is literally across the street , that a life saver, that’s how I basically go to work. Amazing Building
April 3, 2017I am a tenant in the building. The building is amazing, filled with art, high end technology, a gym, beautiful rooftop deck. The apartments are really clean and have nice amenities like heated floors, up to date thermostats, beautiful bathrooms with hanging showers. I would recommend this building to anyone who is looking for a nice, cozy apartment in queens.Review from Apartments.com
worst apartment I have ever lived
February 6, 2017At first I was attracted by artsy surrounding and most up-to-date technology that used to build this apartment but this is a garbage apartment. Nothing is working properly. no hot water, cold air leaking to room from outside, lame superintendent service, false promises, broken window, noise from the upper floor, loud door shut, weak sound proof wall/ceiling... just bad bad bad dwelling.
