January 2, 2024This isn’t a nice place. Nice neighbors, but horrible living conditions. We had a carbon monoxide leak for weeks, and we didn’t even know it upon moving in. The fixtures were horrible, the plumbing was horrible, the appliances were horrible, the infestation of insects and bugs were horrible, the heat with no AC was horrible, the installation was horrible, I got rained on, and they didn’t even care they sent someone to paint over the fixture, the circuit breaker was corroded, this place is just a ...really bad place. They have an over 30% turnover rate with property managers. They never answer the phone. They will lock your clothes in the laundromat and not answer your phone calls or text messages , and they will take you to court if you have any lingering balance due through the pandemic. These people are shady Shystie and so watch out. I found out that they may not even be a real property manager.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
