Great value for the location
October 31, 2023I toured this community as I am thinking about moving to the Chamblee area. They have great prices on their classic apartments and the renovated apartments are less available, and more expensive. August 28, 2023I’ve lived here almost two years and have had issues with packages being stolen off my door (before fetch packages placed in wrong mailboxes & missing). Maintenance staff are nice and try their best with what they got but the washer dryer, oven, dishwasher, a/c unit and sink are all old and faulty.Property Manager Responded
