I do like the apartment location and the maintenance team’s promptness to get things fixed when they can. I do not recommend living here, even after only being here for 2-3 months. When I moved in, there were undisclosed issues with my unit and management has been slow to respond to say the least. To this day, I am still waiting on a response from a regional manager. My rights as a tenant were violated for over a week and no one in the office seems to care. Management is quick to blame tenants ...

They will rip you off!!

Terrible place to live. Walls are super thin and you can hear everything. Cops are constantly here for who knows what. Fights break out in the middle of the night. If you get move in incentives don't try to move out early or you will regret it financially.

They’ll take all of your deposit

Hey everyone I stayed here for a year and had two teacup yorkies and I paid 500 dollars for each one as deposit and after I moved out they kept all of the deposit for carpeting. And well for my move-in deposit I only received 100 in return. Whenever they clean the parking lot they’ll blow all the dirt on the cars so if you happen to be there you’ll always have a thick layer of dirt on your car. The manager is not the most helpful, seems to have an attitude whenever you ask for anything even just ...

So far my experience at The Grove has been great. The leasing agents were clear and helpful throughout the whole process. Upon arrival my apartment, the coconut, was clean and everything is functioning as it should. I could see myself staying here for a while. I love my new home!
