The Guthrie
March 5, 2024I have lived at the Guthrie for a couple of months now and have enjoyed it do far! It is in a good location and is walking distance to Puttshack, Publix, etc. It is also a short drive to the Gulch, Broadway, Midtown, etc. There are many community spaces to take advantage of (ex. Shuffleboard tables, lounges, outdoor grill areas, pool, dog washing room, recording studio, gym, area to store bikes, etc.). Overall, no big complaints! It is away from city craziness and in a comfortable nook outside of the main strip of Broadway, but close enough to walk there! The Guthrie is THE BEST
March 5, 2024The Guthrie is the perfect place to live if you’re looking for a place in Nashville! The location is great as you’re 5 minutes from downtown and close to many shopping centers, Publix, restaurants, and more! The staff at The Guthrie are also incredible and respond quickly to emails. The amenities at The Guthrie are also amazing— There’s a very nice gym, pool, lounge, and rooftop balcony with a gorgeous view. The rooms are also very spacious and there are multiple layouts to suit what’s best for ...you… and pets are allowed! There are even monthly fun events/hangouts which makes living there a fun experience. Also, the parking situation is awesome— it’s safe, there’s plenty of spots, and it’s spread out prevent dings on cars! The price is unbelievable for everything you’re getting. Overall Disappointing
February 21, 2023As a current resident of The Guthrie North Gulch, I cannot recommend this it as a good place to live, though it certainly used to be. Prospective residents beware. The location is extremely convenient and in walking distance to Frankie Pierce Park (and dog park), Publix, restaurants in Capitol View and The Gulch, etc. The on-site management team is available and helpful for most needs of the residents. The maintenance team is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. However, do not ...trust the images you see on the website. The dog park has never looked like the renderings you’ll see there. There are also no Pelotons in the gym. Overall, this property has steeply declined over the past couple of years, and continues to do so. Current residents have opened requests for improvement, and though they are not outright ignored, improvements are not being made though rent increases year after year. The intent of this review is not to cast blame on any individual or group. However, if I were a prospective tenant, I would want to know what I was signing up for by those who know. I’ll gladly update this review when/if improvements are made.Property Manager Responded

Great Location
December 4, 2022I love the location. An uber is never more than $12 to anywhere downtown from here. The amenities are top notch and seem to be in good repair. My only feedback is that my water pressure is terrible and it seems to be an issue in the building. It’s also crazy bright and blackout curtains are a MUST if you’re a light sleeper. I also wish the dog park was kept up with a little better as it is currently a large field of mud with very little grass anymore. Over-all though, I’m glad we moved here !Property Manager Responded

A Fresh Start
September 21, 2022I moved here a little over a year ago and had a really rocky start to my time at the Guthrie. I didn’t get along with the lady in the office and found her to be rude and snarky. She left about a month or two ago and it’s been so difference since. I stopped by to meet with the new property manager and he seems really great and on top of things.
