Don"t move here!
August 28, 2024I have lived here for over 5 years, since this apartment became the hamlet, it has gone down hill!! I have asked to have my carpeting to be fixed, now I have tape holding them together. They put in new cabinets and app;iances, nice.But they are not finished! over 8 months have gone by, still not fixed. The lazy Susan was put in wrong! still not fixed! The outlets are not connected to the wood, they push in when you try to use them! Take it for what it is worth, SAVE your Money!! Look elsewhere!!Property Manager Responded

Beautiful but needs TLC
July 9, 2024The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The building, grounds & pound are disgusting. Garages need fixing, concrete needs repaired. Pound does not run & too many geese (poop all over the place). Debris scattered & not cleaned up. January 15, 2024Understaffed and currently going through reservations which has been causing all sorts of timing and maintenance issues. My dryer has been broken since I moved in a month ago and no one has come to check on it, and after 3 weeks they finally admitted that they only have 1 maintenance guy on staff.
