    Again another plus for this year that the Harlo Management Team had provided the tenants with so many wonderful special and seasonal fun activities with exceptional delicious food and drinks and social events, which was very well administered in a competent manner.

    Being a resident here is great! The amenities are awesome. I need to attend sometime. The management team is wonderful. The maintenance team complete all work orders within a 24 hour.

    Overall we have had a good experience at the Harlo. Pros: the best part of the Harlo is the central location. The management and concierge are friendly and responsive, and the building is well kept. Cons: Unfortunately, living in Boston there have been a few instances of pests within our unit. The other con is that there are multiple events each month hosted by the building for the residents, but these are often inaccessible due to the times at which they are offered, and also because they ...
    are all food and drink centric (which excludes those with food allergies). The events look great and I'm sure are well loved by some residents, but it's just something to consider that your rent money funds this when rent is high and you can't attend. Nevertheless, would recommend the Harlo and have been happy living here for a few years.
